Role and Responsibilities Serve as a single point of contact for US, UK, Canada, Australia related finance matters. Work closely with MIS function of the company to consolidate and report monthly results Closely work with local leadership and CXO group as a business partner on accounting matters, decision making support, P&L management Treasury & Banking o Manage banking operations of all company banks globally (30+ banks) o Diligently monitor fund flow situation in all banks and make relevant arrangements for inter company funds transfers o Keep a track of inflow of funds from client collections and payable cycles and plan the funds requirements into different banks accordingly o Manage day to day banking transactions QC, governance process (maker, checker, verifier, approval roles) approvals in the bank portals. o Cash Flow planning, prepare cash flow forecast and publish reports for leadership reviews o Manage relationships with banks, handle all bank compliances e.g. KYC, submitting bank forms, add/delete signatories, assign roles etc (including compliances around Debt financing) o Manage revolving credit facility, corporate debt in line with Credit agreement. Responsible for all reporting and compliance thereunder. Payroll Management o Provide monthly payroll inputs to local payroll partners in different Geos (except for India and Philippines) o Coordinate with local payroll partners for payroll processing o Verify accuracy of payroll reports, communicate with payroll vendors o Responsible for all payroll related compliances in different Geos in consultation with payroll partners. o Provide payroll data/reports to finance for monthly reporting Local compliances/Others o Manage state taxes, federal tax filings in US, UK, Canada, Australia o Providing data for tax filings - Direct and Indirect, Tax Returns, GST/ VAT for US, UK, Canada, Australia o Work closely with respective tax consultants to ensure compliances on time o Prepare and publish Global Compliance Dashboard for leadership consumption o Review and respond any notices, demands or other compliance requirements around local laws, payroll, audits in above Geos. o Manage SOC/ISO audits representing finance function o Keep track of company insurance coverage (both general, health, life etc.) for all Geos Qualifications: 6-7 years of relevant experience Qualified CPA/equivalent Skills: Knowledge of US laws and best practices around tax laws, payroll, other local compliances will be given a high preference Should possess reasonable understanding of core accounting, MS Excel skills Good communication skills IT services, consulting and cloud based SaaS Products industry background will be an added advantage. Candidates having prior experience with Big4 audit firms and managed IT services/SaaS product business audit will also be given a preference. Ability to work as an individual contributor Knowledge of Accounting packages viz. QuickBooks, Xero, Customized business-oriented ERP s etc. Experience of having worked in the Treasury Function of Corporate Groups/ MNC's will be useful
