GeneralPurpose
Focus on building strong customer relationship and manage difficult situations,and negotiate conflicts with a technical focus

Customer handling, Identifies and solves proactively demanding problems andcommunicates them to key stakeholders.
Participates asan expert in own technology area in customer projects. Support in Multi Vendor& Multi domains by participating in emergency and Escalated Cases.
Active innetworking and knowledge sharing. Develops processes, tools and working methodsto Improve Customer Perceived Value for Nokia
Position Description- Good knowledge & Experience of Cisco, Juniper, Nokia Routers.
- Worked intensively on Switches & Routers and IP protocols (BGP/IS IS/MPLS/OSPF)
- Act as the single Service Assurance point of contact for the Customer at Customer Headquarter for all Transmission and Transport Domain.
- Coordinate with all the Services Assurance Delivery Centres and Circle D&O team as part of regular governance.
- Lead operational customer meetings for Transmission D&O.
- Knowledge of Mobility Transport Network
- Capability Development Management for Multi-vendor and Multi-technology modernized network install base
- Preparing design guidelines, solution documents, processes & workflows Transport Network.
- New Feature Implementation approver & Lead for Transport related Trial/Demo.
- Initiate Audit, monitor & associated actions completion at periodic interval.
- Maintain, audit and compliance actions of the network HLD, LLD at all times
- Proactive tracking of the system capacity utilization, impact risk, closure action plan agreement and governance escalation wherever needed.
- Control and own monthly Improvement plans. Regularly monitor and add actions in the Improvement plan based on regular governance & customer escalations.
- Setting up and maintaining clear and effective internal and external communication within the customer and project teams
- Sound knowledge on the Transport KPIs.
- Working knowledge of RAN products (SRAN BTS/WBTS/BSCs/RNCs) & their IP transport planning
- Problem-Solving Skill in Multi Domain & Multi Vendor Transport Architecture
Education and Experience
- BE (EC&C)
- Experience of 12 15 years in Telecom on IP MPLS network of any Telecom Operator
