assign and manage Access Rights Risk Assessment requests to assessors depending on the available capacity
discuss with account manager any prioritization request and prioritize the order in which assessments will have to be completed
coordinate with project stakeholders and provide assessment status on regular basis as per agreed schedule or on request
build services relationships with Client
ensure quality services are performed to the agreed OLA
define and implement specific processes, methodologies for effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
develop and implement continuous improvement plans as per business requirements
lead Service Review Meetings: areas covered will include Performance reports , service improvements, quality and processes
develop and facilitate workshops and training courses and ensure knowledge is equally shared across all assessors
