Job Summary

Core KPI will be to drive distributor relationship
End-to-end backend operations like scheme rollout; product launch alignment in offline domain.
Manage to work with large databases and project management software
Interpret financial data and allocate budgets
Coordinate between the sales team and the backend operation team.
Evaluating and designing sales drives, promoters' incentive schemes, and communication strategies for promotions, festival sales, EOL/slow-moving and premium products, etc.
Agency coordination for promoter hiring, placement and incentives, and other operational parameters.
Prepare monthly operational and business analysis/report, tracking inventory through analysis to highlight variances and future impact.
Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends/variances, and identify issues and opportunities.

4-5 years of experience in managing offline partner relationships and ops in the offline retail domain, preferably in the consumer electronics or FMCG industry
Good analytical skills.
Good command over MS Office
