Job Summary
1. Drive the overall corporate strategy and growth road-map in line with the organizational goals.
2. Deeply understand the client's persona, unmet needs, and how the Cityfurnish fills the need gap.
3. Attract, retain & manage growth of Delhi NCR area.
4. Prospect and research market movers of B2B sales and build a solid network of corporate clients.
5. Cold call and conduct in-person meetings with key corporate clients
6. Manage corporate partnerships and maximize revenue by continuously up selling and cross selling the product line.
7. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure.
8. Act as a single point of contact for clients and assist on issues with conversions, objection handling, providing necessary resources to achieve closure.
9. Nurture leads and effectively work with marketing teams to convert them into opportunities
10. Collaborate with the cross functional teams to plan and execute lead generation campaigns with the objective of opening doors and establishing new business engagements.
11. Ensure conversion, higher NPS and increased renewals in line with the sales goals.
2. Minimum experience of 2-3 years in corporate sales is a must.
3. Should be able to thrive in a complex and demanding startup environment
4. High level of natural intelligence, coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.

Requirements
1. Previous relevant experience in corporate sales with Furniture/real estate/hospitality/startups/fin-tech is preferred2. Minimum experience of 2-3 years in corporate sales is a must.
