Functional Area: Development

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders (Management, Business Development Team and Project Management team) to understand need and system requirements.
• Draft comprehensive proposals with detailed SOW (Scope of Work), flow diagrams, and wire frames.
• Document as-is and to-be process.
• Evaluate and propose and alternative solutions to fulfil business requirements.
• Coordinate with Project team to get effort estimation for the proposals and present same to the Business Development Team.
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
• Strong exposure to requirements gathering in healthcare, banking, retail or supply-chain domain with primarily US/European Clients.
• Managing scope changes within a Sprint / Release by facilitating impact analysis and considering modifications to the overall plan.
• Ensure active participation from the team during planning meetings especially during the requirements discussions and scope planning.
• Ensure that the Sprint Goal is set and understood by the team.
• Perform UAT testing of the work items on the demo/test environments Prepare and communicate release notes for each release.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Should have 4 to 7 years experience as a Business/Process Analyst.
• Set the right client expectation and deliver value to client.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client interaction and documentation skills.
• Excellent analytical & Problem-solving skills with a self-learning attitude.
• Experienced with Agile/SCRUM and Lean methodologies.
• Good understanding of SDLC process and Software Development Methodologies.
• Experience in writing specification documents: scope of work, project plans, workflow, user guide etc.
• Onsite experience is a plus.
• Must have MCA/B.E. / B. Tech (Computers) regular from a reputed institution.
• MBA from a recognized school preferred.
• Good to have PMP or prince2 certification
