Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day programmatic operations.
• Responsible for reporting and tracking of revenue and monetization performance. Generate and interpret reporting that will yield insights.
• Maximize programmatic revenue through yield analysis and optimization. Monitor and maintain ad quality across our platform.
• Troubleshoot product implementation with the tech team and recommend ways to improve the ad placement, demand, and ultimately yield. Ensure on-time execution of technical integrations and deliver service excellence during implementation.
• Collaborate across departments to continuously A/B test and analyze new ways to drive programmatic revenue.
• Work closely with the sales team to address common customer queries on time.

Key Skills Required

• Intimate knowledge of DFP and other third-party ad serving platforms.
• Experience with header bidding or RTB.
• Strong experience in planning, trafficking, executing, and optimizing programmatic inventory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant programs.
• Experience using complex data sets to track performance trends, identify anomalies and their root causes.
• Experience with web applications, web forms and web server ideally with HTML or JavaScript knowledge.
• Knowledge to use debugging tools like Fiddler, Firebug etc.
• Pro-active and self-motivated as will be a part of a small team.
• Logical reasoning ability, Problem solving and analytical mindset, Customer service-oriented attitude, Organized and structured approach to tasks with an eye for detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
