Description (Key Skill Areas)

  • Primary role of servicing clients and over-seeing day-to-day operations of the various projects/campaigns of the client
  • Understanding client s business and relationship marketing requirements
  • Meeting up with the clients & taking brief from them
  • De-briefing it to the other departments such as Creative, Operations, and Technology and to oversee that the work is done in tandem with the client s brief.
  • Data analysis.
  • Working on Ms Excel & Power Point presentations

Desired Profile

  • Preferably has work experience in the loyalty industry
  • Preferably immediate joiner
  • Understanding of creative briefs preferred
  • Big plus would be if he has some technology related experience for e.g. has prepared Business requirement document or has been part of a team that has implemented some technology in his firm, etc...

Desired Qualifications / Certifications

  • Min. graduate, but MBA preferred
  • Should be tech savvy but doesn t need to be a technical person.
  • Mandatory Qualifications / Certifications
  • Should have good MS Office skills such as Excel and Power point
  • Should have good communication skills
