Job Summary

Job Responsibilities: About the role: Lead the Executive Program Office (EPMO)Sub business unit. Governance: Converting management strategies into execution programs, followed by robust Governance, and reporting of progress to CXOs. Operational reporting: Accountable for timely reporting of the reports/dashboards agreed for circulation for the management. Governance: Interact with Aeries CXO group, decode management direction into actionable strategy & execute it. Ability to work in grey areas and move them towards logical direction. Should be able to comprehend strategic discussions Be a self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision. Ability to be hierarchy agnostic to fulfil the program objectives. Operational reporting: Create and maintain a robust reporting framework covering length and breadth of the organization. Monitor progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones, deliverables & performances Develop and maintain a central repository where all organization s operational data would be available. Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements in reporting. Develop and deploy the Organization KPI structure, monthly management meets, Quarterly Steering committee with clients Common: Train and mentor management trainees to build a strong team under EPMO. Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with team members, managers, and in-house team Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with Business heads/customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news. Support the Head of PMO in designing team strategies, be the forerunners for innovation, bring value concepts. Required skills & Qualifications: Required skills: Robust program/project management skills. Framework driven Extensive experience working with leadership and strong teaming abilities Excellent problem solving skills Strong stakeholder management & change management experience. Excellent time management by able to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel. Excellent written and verbal communciation skills Hands on experience on MIS reporting, data aggregation techniques Overall 12+ years of experience, 6+ years in governance and reporting of critical MIS data Advanced knowledge of planning and reporting tools Preferred: PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent Ability to develop and implement Frameworks, assist with completion of RFIs, Management decks, new client material Certification/Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean. Can cater to Transition Management/Change Management/standardization projects.
