Job Summary

We are seeking Business Development Executives / Manager with a strong background in the poultry pharma sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales and relationship management within the poultry field and will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and direct engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage business in assigned territory within the poultry segment

Build strong relationships with poultry farms, veterinarians, distributors, and dealers

Promote and sell pharma-related products aligned with company offerings

Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Identify and explore new market opportunities and client segments

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to product or sales strategies

Conduct product training and support for clients as required


Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in poultry pharma sales

Background Poultry pharma related sectors preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel within the assigned regions

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet goals
