Job Summary Position Summary:
We are looking to hire a skilled Windows Administrator to manage and maintain our Windows system and server network. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for installing or upgrading Windows-based systems and servers, managing user access to the servers, and maintaining the security and stability of the network.

Qualifications:
Candidate should have more than 5 years of relevant work experience as a Windows Systems Administrator. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills with technical & non-technical audience

Responsibilities:

    • Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
    • Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers
    • Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users
    • Troubleshooting system and server errors
    • Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors
    • Monitoring system performance
    • Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups
    • Management of Customer environments in private hosted data centers, cloud based and also Remote managed
    • Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation

Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Expertise within Windows based operating systems, especially with system administration tools, including Windows Server OS 2019/2016/2012/2008 Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) network services, AD Certificate Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management
    • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with VMware ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, vMotion, svMotion, VM template deployment, P2V, V2V, and V2P conversions
    • Experience with Microsoft-oriented scripting languages and technologies (e.g. VBScript, PowerShell, WMI, ADSI)Understanding of performance analysis, network bandwidth speed, CPU cache, hard disks, etc.
