Brief Job Description:
The Head Legal shalloversee the functions of the legal department and handle all aspects of real estate transactions. Prepare and review legal documents relating to real estate, negotiate the terms and conditions of transactions, and facilitate the transfer of titles.Ensure all transactions are legal, binding and in the best interest of the organization.
Minimum Qualification: Undergraduatein Law from a reputed University or Law school.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 7 10 years of work experience in a similar role preferably in real estate.
JobSpecificSkills:
Thorough knowledge and application of Property & Real estate related laws including RERA
Up-to-date knowledge of and ability to deal with Development Regulations (like CMDA), Environmental laws, etc.
IT Savvy(Word,Excel,PowerPoint).
Should be able to write reports, prepare presentations and other documents.
