Manage and control all projects for the assigned internal customer/ function. Own the solution delivery (from user specs to development to testing to systems integration) and be ultimately responsible for the delivery of the project. Ensuring uptime of the system in production / operations and adhere to performance SLAs.

Job Responsibilities
1. Interacting directly with the business analyst and/or operational teams in order to understand their needs and issues. Providing business and technical solutions to existing problems / requirements and enhance customer satisfaction on a continuous basis 2. Decide on the delivery approach and manage scope (scope definition, planning, verification and control) of all projects for the business 3. Budgeting and estimation of resources and time for each project delivery. Creating a robust business case for the project and getting required approvals 4. Put together the right team of Technical Architects, Infrastructure Managers and Testers for each project 5. Serve as the single point of contact for the Project Manager / Business Users and keep them regularly informed of progress on the project 6. Provide leadership for direct delivery (project) teams to deliver within the required timeframe, as per specifications and of highest quality
