Job Summary

Role: Business Executive at Mahindra Finance

Objective:
As a Business Executive, you will oversee multiple Scrum teams managing diverse projects, ensuring effective project management from requirement definition to final evaluation. You ll collaborate with engineers to shape technology and product architectures that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent Operations: Lead projects with autonomy and ensure seamless execution.
  • Cloud-Native Platforms: Define, build, and scale cloud-native software products as platforms, leveraging a deep understanding of platform capabilities and technologies.
  • Agile Project Management:
    • Break down problems and organize work.
    • Plan and manage sprints using agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Use data-driven methodologies and continuous improvement techniques to optimize processes and decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Debate and refine delivery strategies with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers.
    • Build strong relationships across dependent teams and influence outcomes effectively.
  • Technical Excellence:
    • Ensure high-quality program delivery, including active involvement in software development and testing.
    • Drive discussions and solutions around platform capabilities and technical architecture.
  • Communication: Deliver clear, impactful communication to executives, peers, and team members.

What We Value in Candidates

  • Agile Methodologies:
    • Experience with project management using Agile practices and DevSecOps tools.
    • Proficiency in software development and delivery in DevOps environments using platforms like JIRA or Microsoft Azure.
  • Methodological Expertise:
    • Knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, or other structured project management methodologies.
    • Certified credentials such as Certified Scrum Master or Agile Coach are preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and MS Word.
    • Experience in cloud technology, platform scaling, and architecture.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and command respect through expertise and leadership.
  • Analytical Thinking: Competence in breaking down problems and applying data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualification :
Masters B.Tech (IT/CSE),MBA (preferred)
Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
