Job Summary

NASSCOM s key focus is to accelerate the growth of technology sector in India drive initiatives and changes that will have a multiplier effect on the industry.

This role will primarily focus on growth and entry strategy for companies into India:

  • Create strategy to identify and map potential companies that can be invited to setup in India.
  • Establish connect and drive meaningful leadership conversations to present India value proposition.
  • Form partnerships with key ecosystem elements private and government entities who can help establish connect with relevant companies.
  • Work with various teams within NASSCOM to leverage platforms and drive joint initiatives to attract more companies to India.
  • Setup programs with interested state government to prepare strong value proposition for companies.
  • Drive thought leadership with Research team and identified partners to help companies develop stronger India strategy and leverage India for high value work.
  • Establish a marketplace for BPM companies in India to connect with potential clients.
  • Drive Conclaves, roundtables and other networking sessions to enable networking within the industry.

This role will also have some role to engage with existing members, curating initiatives that will help engage members, provide them with insights and thought leadership that will help them prepare and drive a stronger strategy for their organizations.

  • Experience in raising fund and gaining sponsorship.
