Job Summary
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration: Manage group insurance policies (medical, dental, life, etc.), oversee other benefits like leave policies and wellness programs, and ensure their smooth day-to-day operations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Stay current on benefits legislation, ensure compliance, and prepare/file all required documentation, reports, and audits.
- Vendor Management: Select, manage, and negotiate with benefits vendors and brokers to secure the best value for Lowe's India.
- Employee Communication & Support: Design and deliver communication strategies, provide exceptional customer service by resolving employee inquiries, and conduct benefits orientations for new hires.
- Benefits Strategy & Optimization: Analyze existing benefits, compare them to industry standards, and recommend plan modifications or new offerings to enhance employee well-being.
- Cost Management: Oversee benefits costs, ensure they align with the company budget, and analyze cost trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in benefits administration, with a strong focus on the Indian market.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and benefits regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively.
