Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may involve an international partner or major global accounts. Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account. Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Account Manager, your focus will be renewing our current clients and growing our current book of business. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

  • Develops effective relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that typically includes a limited number of strategic customers.
  • Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
  • Facilitates client meetings presenting all available information.
  • Collaborates with other levels of management and other departments to create and maintain efficient work processes.
  • Participates in both internal and external projects as needed.
  • Identifies and articulates key areas of opportunities in the market. Analyzes development of sales, retention, and marketing initiatives that support a specific region ultimately driving revenue and generating business with new clients as well with existing clients.
  • Develops a good understanding of industries, regulatory environments and markets.
  • Proactively reaches out to accounts to ensure there are no retention risks/losses.
  • Provides information about the organization s products and services by raising their profile with customers through face-to-face presentations and phone conversations.
  • Responds to escalated customer issues.
  • Employees in this role are eligible for a Sales Commission Plan

We expect you to have:

  • Education Qualification: MBA, MSc or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience Required: At least 7-10 years
  • Have worked within the Governance space.
  • Knowledge of SaaS & On Prem technologies
  • Fair understanding of Salesforce
