Designation: Manager Key Accounts

Reporting VP Key Accounts


Summary:

Manager Key Accounts will oversee the relationship s of the company with Auto OEM s and their channel partners. He will be responsible for maintaining long term relationship with key customers by comprehending and meeting their requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop trust in relationship with major customers to ensure that the company remains the first choice for customers. Ensure customer satisfaction is the maintained.
  • Identify Leads and lead the process of new customer development from growth perspective.
  • Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously providing and proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner with an effective interface with internal and external stake holders.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Develop accuracy of forecasts to ensure the timely delivery of products.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain confidence and trust.
  • Prepare comprehensive MIS/reports of progress and present same to Key customers for their confidence building. Follow up with internal teams for area of improvements.

Knowledge and Skill:

  • 8+ yrs of experience in sales and marketing providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Relevant experience in working with Auto OEM s
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem solving and negotiation
  • Individual should be a Graduate or MBA

Any Graduate in Any Specialization

8 to 13 Years
