• Strong understanding ofagile methodologies, metrics and processes

• Comfort with developingwireframes to capture the user journey and relevant details for the solutionobjective in hand

• Aligning stakeholders anddevelopment teams around common measurable product goals
• Conducting client and enduser needs assessment and analyzing tasks using appropriate techniques
• Understanding andgathering business requirements of the product at any and all stages of theproduct cycle
• Designing both high-leveland detailed information wire frames, as needed, to illustrate contentorganization, processes, and functionality and creating scope documents anduser stories
• Conducting UAT andassisting with usability test development, administration, evaluation, andreporting.
• Managing updates toinformation architecture documents including site maps, user scenarios, usecases, wireframes, content matrices, flow diagrams, and detailed functionalrequirements.
• Following and runningAgile ceremonies (Release planning, Sprint planning/ Retro / Review, etc.) andprinciples throughout the product development phases
• Supporting research anddevelopment of the latest user-centered methods and techniques and using themas a foundation for all decisions and deliverables.
• Preparing whitepapersabout Nagarros experiences in specific industry domains
• Identifying opportunitiesin the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarros offerings
• Showcasing a consultingmindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
• Identifyingproject/product stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensuretheir expectations are managed effectively in sync with the benefits defined inthe business case
