Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments. Recruitment and Training: Oversee hiring and develop training programs for the team. Requirements: 5-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, technical support, or sales) with a proven track record of team leadership. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, setting strategic goals, and driving performance. Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to use data to drive decisions, optimize performance, and identify areas for improvement. Strategic thinking and ability to align strategies with company goals.
