Job Summary

We are looking for a bold, innovative, strategic individual to join Strategic Advisory Solutions within GSO - Employee Experience. You will serve as a thought leader within the Global Services Organization and have primary responsibilities in the Advisory Services program with additional responsibilities collaborating in programs such as Release Readiness, Onboarding/Everboarding, Field Readiness, tool innovation, and process improvements.
This role actively partners with multiple areas of the organization to impact the support and implementation of the customer and employee experience. Advisors work to empower various teams across the organization by providing the right level of advisory services and coaching to ensure success in customer implementations and product support while providing funtional knowledge to various company initiatives. Having a people first mentality and big picture strategy is critical to our success.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide product support via ServiceNow case management system
Facilitates forums and cohorts to provide best practice, support, and role-based knowledge sharing to services teams, including but not limited to Ready TLM and related tools and processes/methodology.
Responsible for providing the services organization with the information, content, expertise, and tools to help UKrewers deliver and support UKG products and methodology more effectively
Create and deliver content, documentation, and tools to enhance various roles in the Services organization to provide insight and the ability to deliver on company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client needs, how company products and services can meet client needs and delivering on opportunities within their accounts
Collaborate with multiple teams to provide SME level knowledge and guidance on creation, improvement, and field readiness of organizational initiatives

Qualification:

Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to see big picture and prioritize accordingly
3+ years of professional experience in a functional or technical role implementing or supporting a UKG product
Expert level product knowledge in Ready TLM and integrated product/project knowledge
Baseline competency level of other UKG product and features preferred
Experience providing coaching and mentoring to peer groups/persons
Clear and concise in communicating information
Must be consultative, organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and responsive
Ability to work independently, balancing multiple priorities to drive results
Stays current on all new product capabilities and understand how to use them
Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities

Ability to work independently, participate in teams, and assist others as needed
Ability to understand current business state, immediate issues
Ability to influence teams to keep the overall internal/external customer experience forefront
