Job Summary

Job Summary

Generate new Sales Leads, follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails meets customer when required

Team with colleagues to build pipeline and close deals

Manage end-to-end sales process

Responsibilities and Duties

Create and propose leads by identifying new businesses

Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and other resources

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Work closely with banks and follow up on critical leads and achieve sales targets

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

You are known for your convincing skills and will excel at motivating potential customers to see the benefits the partnership will bring to their expectation

Self-monitored and competitive while achieving targets and goals through network of contacts

Excellent communication skills, adequate negotiation, and persuasion skills

Prior experience with BANKs, NBFCs sales background is a plus

Candidate should be okay to travel within the city for client acquisitions based on client needs.
