Job Summary
Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently looking for a Credit executive/ Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our corporate partners and also to manage case level transactions by coordinating with various stakeholders from across internal departments.
- Ideal candidate should have minimum 2-3 years experience in Credit & Risk department of Banks, NBFCs, Credit rating agencies.
- CA / MBA preferred, though not mandatory
Work Experience :
- 1-5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for credit underwriting & credit policy formulation.
- End to end completion of a transaction from login to sanction, including interaction with borrowers to understand credit requirement.
- Finalization of sanction terms and negotiation with clients.
- Getting approvals internally and documentation as per credit policy.
- Complete transactions within the required TAT.
- Designing new experiments and programs to test new segments and monitor its performance.
- Responsible for minimizing Fraud risks by constantly evaluating process gaps and Improvising risk policy.
- Team Management & Training new team members.
- Highly customer obsessed thinking.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
- Interaction with lenders for processing of loans and update the status.
