Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop annual and quarterly Financial Plans and Projections Assess and report on the Profitability of each Business Unit (including Projects, Locations, and Solution Areas) Conduct variance analysis against Plan and Projections vs Actuals Assist in planning the Pricing and Profitability of Projects Assess and report on the Profitability of a Client and a Project Capacity planning and ongoing assessment: People, Technology, and Space Develop and maintain Sales funnel and pipeline, including backlog reporting Monthly Financial Operations review of business financial performance Partner with Leadership to drive continuous improvements and best practices. Timely support, communication, and responsiveness to Leadership. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing the cause of unexpected variance Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Management or Business Administration Three to five years of experience in finance, strategic planning and/or accounting Experience working for a PE-backed firm environment Strong verbal, quantitative, and written communication skills required Advanced Microsoft Excel (produce Dashboard and KPI reporting) and PowerPoint skills. Experience working with accounting systems (NetSuite preferred) High standards of accuracy and precision, strong attention to detail; highly organized.
