Job Summary

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Process Analyst (Record to Report - R2R), your main responsibility will be overseeing general accounting functions, including the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, fixed asset accounting, inter-company transactions, and cash & bank accounting. You will also be responsible for financial analysis and reporting.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing General Ledger Activities: Coordinating accounting functions related to fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory, cash and bank, indirect taxes, and accruals.
  • Identifying Financial Insights: Analyzing financial data to identify risks or opportunities related to revenue, costs, and profitability, and recommending actions for improvement.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to client service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring timely delivery of financial reports and reconciliations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Education: A Commerce degree with 4-6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
  • Accounting Expertise: Proficient in preparing Balance Sheets, managing Month-End Close, handling Fixed Assets, Inter-Company transactions, and Cash Reconciliations.
  • Journal Entries: Experience in posting journal entries and recording transactions in an ERP system.
  • Audit Coordination: Proven experience in coordinating audits and effectively managing customer expectations.
  • Management Reporting: Demonstrated ability to manage reporting updates for Management Reviews and decision-making.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience as an end-user of ERP software.
  • Goal-Oriented: An ambitious professional who can work towards agreed targets and objectives, with the ability to adapt and meet deadlines.
  • Change Management: Experience working under tight deadlines and contributing to change management initiatives.
  • Continuous Learning: A proactive approach to enhancing technical expertise by participating in workshops, reviewing publications, and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualification :
Commerce graduate with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
