Business Analyst- Sales Strategy Job in Livspace

Job Description for the role of Business Analyst:

* Responsible to understand various Livspace processes and map the data in a strategic way to provide both tactical and strategic inputs for decision-makers

* The role requires developing strategic plans around people & communication and using various modes of communication that will connect employees and stakeholders.

* Supporting & providing consultation to the leadership team with relevant data-backed insights in launching programs/developing service offerings/ owning programs

* Ability to analyze data and provide intelligence that can be converted to actionable plans

* Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

* Support assessment of all aspects of business performance in the functional area: create and design appropriate measures, evaluate metrics and outputs and report on business performance and trends so that leadership (functional and enabling) can understand business performance against key indicators, risks and actions to mitigate risks

* Conduct workshops across the organization to garner stakeholder buy-in, drive innovation and elevate business planning capabilities across the leadership team

* Work with the senior leaders to communicate on key programs, work with them to create employee engagement plans and work with the employees to create visibilities of the success stories

* You will also be involved in a lot of Data analysis and structuring data

Candidate Profile: What you need to have:

* You earned B.Tech or equivalent degree from a tier 1 college (IITs / NITs or abroad colleges).

* You have strong bias-for-action

* 2+ years of experience in a startup ecosystem

* Experienced in Strategic Planning and Implementation, New opportunity and business case preparation and evaluation, Financial Management techniques, Market Research, and Analysis

* Extremely strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture

* Strong verbal and written communication skills; good presence in front of senior executives

Necessary Skills:

* SQL

* Spreadsheets (full-fledged financial modeling, analysis of large datasets, etc.)

* Project and Process management
