Job Summary

Skills

  • Knowledge of computer operations such as MS-Office and Email.
  • Should have good Telephonic and Email etiquettes
  • If having an experience in international calling will be an add on
  • Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to handle business communication, Internal/ External

  • Disciplined to deliver in time bound manner
  • Candidates should be flexible with Night Shift as per company requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage customer relationships at all levels
  • Maintain customer focus at all times and respond to customer enquiries over e-mail, phone and helpdesk using Best Practice guidelines
  • Ensure all customers' queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate, to the concerned Team
  • Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
  • Prepare complete and accurate work and update the tickets
  • Maintain effective coordination and communication between the support and development team
