Skills

- Knowledge of computer operations such as MS-Office and Email.
- Should have good Telephonic and Email etiquettes
- If having an experience in international calling will be an add on
- Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to handle business communication, Internal/ External
- Zeal to keep learning
- Disciplined to deliver in time bound manner
- Candidates should be flexible with Night Shift as per company requirement.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage customer relationships at all levels
- Maintain customer focus at all times and respond to customer enquiries over e-mail, phone and helpdesk using Best Practice guidelines
- Ensure all customers' queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate, to the concerned Team
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update the tickets
- Maintain effective coordination and communication between the support and development team
