Job Summary

Experience:

Looking for Freshers with Excellent Communication and Soft Skills.

Purpose:

Act as a liaison between the clients and the organization and offer assistance with a variety of tasks including but not limited to; Auctions, complaints, queries, information, suggestions etc.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Effectively resolving customer support query via call or ticketing tool
  • Creating / updating platform usage reports on weekly and monthly basis and also sharing the same with respective client SPOC
  • Ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints & Suggestions.
  • Creating easy to understand user manuals/FAQ and updating the same after each product updates
  • Responsible for creating required MIS reports for each client in Excel or PPT or Word file
  • Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
  • Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept,Sales,Marketing & the Managementfor query/ bug resolution
  • Supporting & conducting Auctions Events if needed
