Sales Head Job in Monexo

We are looking for a competitive sales person who can lead a team, has experience selling financial services in Indian market and is be able to help Monexo, a peer-to-peer lending platform, drive key strategic priorities and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development across all products and all customer segments, viz, borrowers and lenders.
- Develop and track relationships with third party sales partners.
- Define sales strategies and reach targets.
- Monitor metrics like customer conversion rate, revenue collection etc.
- Develop relationships with key public and private stakeholders such as investors, business partners, bureaus and international corporations and create a network of reliable business partners and other key players in the financial ecosystem.
- Motivate and coach sales team to meet targets.
- Own Sales Target and CAC goal.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience in selling products in India.
- Professional degree from a reputable institution.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of sales and consumer behavior in India.
- Must have managed a large team.
- An energetic, technologically forward thinking, positive and creative individual.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasive and organizational skills including ability to make important decisions and resolve disputes.
- Must be driven, self-motivated and result-oriented.
- An entrepreneurial spirit who can thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, startup environment.
Location: Chennai, India.
