Job Description
- Will be a seasoned sales professional from eLearning/e Publishing domain
- Responsible to meet the revenue targets as per overall business plans of the organization
- Build a strong image for the companys services through appropriate strategy
- Interact and proactively understand customers requirements and translate it into holistic business
- Grow the existing customer accounts and thereby enhance repeat business through effective interfacing and follow-ups with customer and also by interfacing with the service delivery units
- Lead a team of Business Development Executives & Business Development Managers
- Will handle transitions by interacting with customer, technology and production / delivery
- Customer intelligence and market trends Planning, forecasting and reviewing. Preparing sales (Inside & Field Sales )plans by customer-wise accounts
Experience Required :
