Job Description
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in lead generation function for IT Service companies not from BPO process.
- Primarily responsible for Lead generation and Appointment setting through cold calls to prospective clients across North America, UK, and Europe.
- Responsible for promoting/selling offshore based IT services and solutions.
- Fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured.
- Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers.
- Nurturing leads for presentations and demos. Active follow-up with prospects through phone and email.
- Consultative sales focus with cross selling approach.
- General understanding of the market customers & competitors.
- Maintain all activities in the CRM.
- Lead database creation and management if required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
- Energetic, self-driven, quick learner and a good team player.
- Willing to work & grow in a Sales Organization.
- This Position is for inside team based in Pune and should be open to travel onsite in case needed.
