Job Summary
Qualification : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base within the IT services sector.
- Client Engagement: Identify potential clients and decision-makers within organizations, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, alongside competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our service offerings and value propositions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operational) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Opportunity Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within the IT services industry.
- Sales Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- IT Service Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT service offerings, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
