Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base within the IT services sector.
  • Client Engagement: Identify potential clients and decision-makers within organizations, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, alongside competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our service offerings and value propositions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operational) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Opportunity Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within the IT services industry.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • IT Service Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT service offerings, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
