Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Managing a B2C inside sales team of 10 15 associates driving revenue targets, processes, and creating a strong & ethical performance driven culture
- Own the performance of the team and deliver fortnightly targets regularly
- Conceptualizing and driving initiatives for revenue growth in the team
- Analyse sales reports and identify key areas of improvement for the team and the business
Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2C inside-sales) with at least 3 years of sales team management experience
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capability
- Ambitious and strong ownership of their work
- Mindset for exponential growth
