Job Summary

About the role

  • Connect & Engage leads received through various marketing channels (outbound calls).
  • Generate prospects over the phone.Reach out to new customers and explain to them the benefits of invest4Edu products.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Closing of leads. Managing information of sales made on End 2 End Module.
  • Counsel and motivate leads and suggest relevant products after onboarding them.
  • Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
  • Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback.
  • Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting leads in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the subscription/enrolment/sales process.
  • Meeting, assigned target of customer onboarding and product/subscription sales.
  • Adhere to quality standards and processes within defined metrics.

What you will need to have

  • Bachelor's/Diploma degree in any stream.
  • Passionate for sales, enthusiastic & have zeal to perform.
  • Proven experience of minimum 1-3 years in direct sales or phone sales, preferably with edtech, loan, or BFSI.
  • Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities with Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting.
