About the role

As the Sales Team Lead, you will run and grow the inside sales team at Shyft, and own the revenue targets for Shyft s consumer products. This role requires in-depth understanding and experience of managing a multi layer inside sales team and optimising pre and post-sales operations. We are looking for folks who are driven to achieve targets every time, and build a high performing sales team. Someone who has, or wants to scale a sales function ground up is the ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a B2C inside sales team of 10 15 associates driving revenue targets, processes, and creating a strong & ethical performance driven culture
  • Own the performance of the team and deliver fortnightly targets regularly
  • Conceptualizing and driving initiatives for revenue growth in the team
  • Analyse sales reports and identify key areas of improvement for the team and the business

Skills & Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably B2C inside-sales) with at least 3 years of sales team management experience
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring capability
  • Ambitious and strong ownership of their work
  • Mindset for exponential growth
