Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related fieldAND 15+ years overall experience in IT industry
  • 10+ years' experience in Data & Artificial Intelligence space delivering projects on AI, Data Modernization and Data Migration using Microsoft technologies
  • 5+ years customer facing experience or client delivery experience.
  • 3+ years team leadership or people management experience, with or without direct reports.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certifications based on AI and Azure
  • Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).

Pre-Sales Support

  • Coach teams on pre-sales activities and prioritize sales opportunities.
  • Provide input on trends, insights, and opportunities from the field.
  • Offer resourcing input based on skills, availability, and development plans.

Technical Delivery

  • Participate in workforce and capacity planning, capability building, and strategies to address capacity gaps.
  • Guide the team in resolving complex delivery issues and interface with other groups to unblock issues.
  • Collaborate with the account team to understand customer/partner requirements and support project managers and direct reports on projects.
  • Ensure operational excellence, adherence to processes, and high customer satisfaction.

Intellectual Property Management

  • Identify common patterns across projects and build reusable frameworks and intellectual property (IP).
  • Ensure team readiness and knowledge sharing.

Business Development

  • Ensure internal team readiness to develop business and drive awareness.
  • Participate in deal reviews and identify new opportunities based on new technologies or industry needs.

Readiness

  • Create readiness roadmaps for different technologies in alignment with market trends and Microsoft Product groups.
  • Ensure team achieves relevant certifications and completes necessary training.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with business/regional managers to drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with processes/procedures.

Change Management

  • Communicates the business strategy and how the strategy is aligned with the team's work.Communicateschange initiatives and engages the team in adapting to changes.

Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field
