Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Digital Assurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new business and expanding customer bases in the APAC region. Expertise in customer engagement and relationship management is also key for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the APAC region.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, their needs, and challenges in areas like Cloud, Data & Analytics, Automation, and Testing.
Generate leads via cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, referrals, and leveraging an existing rolodex of contacts.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead qualification and nurturing.
Deliver impactful presentations, product demonstrations, and conduct negotiations to convert leads into clients.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create tailored sales materials, proposals, and customized solutions for client needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Digital Assurance.
Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and offering continuous support and solutions.
Monitor customer satisfaction, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive customer engagement and retention initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery, customer success, and ongoing account management.
Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the organization s overall growth and profitability.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven success in business development and customer acquisition within Cloud, Digital Transformation, and Digital Assurance domains.
In-depth knowledge of the APAC market and experience selling to clients in this region.
Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and competitors within the focus areas.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a consultative selling approach.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused attitude.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
Qualification : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
