Job description
Candidate with Graduation Having minimum 15+ years of experience in IT department from manufacturing industry.
Knowledge about manufacturing process of all departments
- Experience in implementation of new ERP(TCS iON ,SAP ETC) SOFTWARE and Roll out in multiple locations
- managing Mail Application services
- Software Asset Management - Keeping track on Microsoft and other software licenses.
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Coordinate systems, policies and procedures such as Web filter, File sharing, Network monitoring, block/un blocks user access, load balancing the Bandwidth etc.
- Managing anti-virus and firewall management with VPN
- Managing vendors of IT and Renewing yearly AMC for IT Accessories like Servers, Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Projector, UPS, and Readers etc.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Coordinating with Hardware AMC /Service vendors for solving Hardware issues of Servers, Desktops, and recording their service level appropriately
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectivenessTransportation & Canteen facility available, Work Location at Harohalli, Kanakapura Road.
