Job Summary Job Purpose Foods Division is setting up best in class, Integrated Consumer goods Manufacturing and Logistics (ICMLs) facilities across India. These facilities needs to be built with latest, flexible, future ready food processing technologies and automation that can be standardized across categories. The incumbent Manager is a key role in the ICML team responsible to create, anchor and execute digital transformation and Industry 4.0 roadmap for the Foods business. Incumbent Manager will closely work with the leadership team to ensure that they have the right digital tools, support and data to deliver on their objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Define Roadmap for Digital Transformation towards the Industry 4.0 journey Support the implementation, development, adoption of digital transformation and Industry 4.0 strategy and roadmap across ICMLs, and ensures its integration with the strategic planning process, and the resulting business strategy and plans. Provide a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects in scope Set organisational goals to secure highest levels of operational excellence while at the same time driving digitization, efficiency and growth Should be able to apply data analytics tools for driving the aforesaid objectives. Understand technology fundamentals, including architectures, data modelling, Cloud Based Applications and application development lifecycle Employ transformative technologies like IoT with techno-commercial feasibility analysis. Define, Design and drive specifications, standards, SOP s, safety requirements for transformative technology with relevant inputs from cross functional teams Identify and develop automation strategies. Initiate new ideas and lead the digital manufacturing processes. Solve problems quickly, think strategically, and make data-driven decisions Act as advocate, champion and change agent in support of the organizational changes required to create and sustain digital capabilities In co-ordination with Projects team drive standardization across ICMLs ensuring consistency in methodology, adoption of tools and processes Engage with leading technology manufacturers to keep abreast of industry trends and implement upgrades in an agile manner. Requirements Qualifications & Competencies: Engineering Graduate with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with experience leading teams in change management and organizational development Experience leading digital enablement teams to have migrated from on premise/legacy technologies to Industry 4.0 technologies Experience in working across businesses on how to use Big Data and Predictive Analytics to collect and analyze information as well as how to present analysis and recommendations to drive strategic commercial decisions. Able to develop and communicate vision and think strategically Influence and Convince the strategic team on implementation of transformative technologies. Familiarity with ISA-95 Manufacturing Standards Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Experience of transformative projects / programs and driving change across cross-functional teams. Ability to develop good working relationships and operate as part of a team is critical Ability to interpret business objectives and digital strategy to proactively identify issues and opportunities Proven leadership and experience in influencing without authority Results oriented and ability to build networks and drive innovation Hands-on experience in FMCG industry
