The objective of this position is to design our products
The applicant should have sound understanding or knowledge of:
In material Handling Equipment, able to handle Design Engineers team.
Design & Manufacturing knowledge in Hydraulics Industry
Design of Gauges
Working of cad software (preferably solid edge/ solid works)
Design of special purpose machines (knowledge of basic pneumatic and basic hydraulics required)
Design of material handling equipment
Details technical discussion with suppliers and selection of hydraulic components
Design of critical components such as power, cylinder & blocks
Prove hydraulic system during trials in the factory
Resolve all hydraulic related design issues in the factory and at customer site
Support in the preparation of the offer with proposal BOM with costing
Release of hydraulic spare components
Standardization of hydraulic system design
Design to 100% meet application requirement
No design mistakes
Completeness of BOM
Reduce cost of hydraulic system
Improvement in reliability and performance of the hydraulic system
Knowledge of hydraulic systems
Knowledge of available hydraulic components
Knowledge of hydraulic presses & design
