We are hiring someone with an ability to set up and take immediate ownership of finance processes, establish metrics and improvement goals to streamline these, achieving industry excellence in performance and business value delivered. Responsibilities include: Lead all aspects of accounting. Lead daily operations of financial operations. Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts Ensure accurate information on revenues, costs and cash flow Manage the investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury functions Budgeting and Forecasting of revenues, costs and cash flow by close tracking of revenue plans for the month, quarter and year. MIS reporting that helps takes strategic decisions and report the right view to respective stakeholders Lead all aspects of CAPEX, OPEX and Management reporting & consolidation Create compliances framework across taxation, labor laws, audits and other compliances as may be applicable to the businesses Optimisation of the Indirect costs and setting up the right processes for review and control of costs Deliver P&L and Balance sheets of business with accuracy and related MIS for reviews- Set up processes in the business for good governance and necessary approval mechanism at transaction level and design level for day to day activities. Education Qualification: CA + MBA
