Job Summary
  • Coordinate work between Human Resources (HR), outside payroll service provider (TP) and accounting team in India for entities in Germany, Portugal, Brazil and other countries.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll information to outside service providers.
  • Prepare and Record accruals and other related entries as necessary.
  • Perform reconciliations on payroll, commission, bonus and special award accrual accounts.
  • Coordinate with HR for Payroll forecast, submission of monthly Payroll files, working with TP to understand payments and ensure all the payroll taxes are paid within timelines.
  • Working with TP to provide detail/breakup/split of Gross and Net and nature of pay to ensure proper accounting.
  • Maintain workings for monthly payroll cost variances.
  • Support related treasury/banking operations.
  • Manage local Bank Guarantees and liaise with departments and bankers for issuance and release of Bank Guarantees in a timely manner.
  • Manage office administrative work.
  • Coordinate and assist in conducting audits.
  • Other accounting activities as assigned.
