Job Summary

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate potential leads for our courses & driving sales from respective region. This role is a critical part of sales and marketing business and will report into Regional Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating potential leads for Medvarsity courses by visiting Hospitals, Medical colleges and other places
  • Lead management & Tele calling, counselling students and assisting them in admission process
  • Driving sales and achieving targets on monthly basis
  • Responsible for designing market plans to improve the market share of the company.
  • Identifying and networking with financially strong Dealers and Channel Partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
  • Responsible for Training affiliate Channel Partners / resellers how to effectively sell online courses and Training programs to Doctors and MBBS Students.
Experience and Qualification
  • 3-5 years experience in sales preferably in pharma, Healthcare, Medical, life-sciences industry.
  • Established track record of over 20 lacs in sales Per month
  • Bachelor s / Master s degree in Science, Pharma, MBA
  • Individual must have good command over his/her communication skills.
  • Must have at least 1 year of industry related experience in channel sales and management
  • Direct sales manager must be highly motivated and should have leadership qualities and people managing skills.
