Position: Business Development Manager/Inside Sales Specialist Location: U.S. (Remote/On-site options available) Experience Required Years of Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in business development or inside sales. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP products and services, including: SAP S/4 HANA Grow with SAP BTP Services Rise with SAP (Private edition) Greenfield implementation BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation) CFIN, Group Reporting PaPM (Profitability and Performance Management) SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) IBP (Integrated Business Planning) ECC to S/4 HANA Migration SAP Business One SAP Implementation, Support, and Advisory services Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and skilled Business Development Manager/Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and drive new client acquisition for our SAP Application Services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and effectively selling our services to top executives and IT leaders across various industries in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Identifying and Targeting Accounts: Develop strategies to identify and target potential customers ranging from small to large enterprises. Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage with C-Level executives and IT leadership to understand their needs and present tailored SAP solutions. Solution Expertise: Provide in-depth expertise on SAP services, including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing support. Demonstrations and Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and expectations. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in direct sales of IT solutions and services, specifically in a hunting role, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical solutions and their business benefits. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships are essential for success in this role.
