Job Description:

1. Open and manage all tickets related Warranty failure, depot/field repairs, installations, inspections and in-services.
2. Manage all requests for service and close them effectively with minimal costs.
3. Update reports on daily basis, attach all related communication to complain, and coordinate with internal or external technician/engineers to complete task in short time.
4. Manage and grow the capabilities of the Field Service Network, complete all formalities, document the results.
5. Manage, analyse depot/field repair, service contracts. Regular reports generation.
6. Manage incoming service request and equipment, notify all accessories received with equip, work on deadlines, maintain service documentation and
RMAs and make sure all returnable items/parts get back to company.
7. Maintain records in case of warranty exchange or repair exchanges.
8. Coordinate available resources for all outside service requests such as repairs, inspections, installations and in-services.
9. Ultimately responsible for outside emergency situations and respond as required including immediate travel and hands on technical support.
10. Manage in house engineers temporarily assigned to them for a specific service requests.
11. Respond to incoming service requests to acquire more repair work or potential service contracts.
12. Responsible for maintain in- house Accessories & Capital Inventory, Prepare report & send it on Weekly basis.

Job Specifications :-
1. Minimum diploma/Degree in biomedical engineering.
2. 2-3 years experience necessary.
3. Ability to read and understand technical documentation, service manuals and schematics.
4. Knowledge of specific models of biomedical equipment.
5. Knowledge of company specific software.
6. Proficient in English.

Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance)
1. To open, coordinate with team/customer and close in-house /on-site service requests in warranty, AMC, casual repairing and installation of medical equipment s.
2. To maintain data of service activities and generate reports to analyse the nature of the service call.
3. To coordinate with Field Service Engineers to track daily, weekly and monthly field service activities.
4. To update data of daily in house repairing and production activities.
5. To update, maintain and operate CRM/ERP based soft-ware for internal operations.
6. To arrange and generate required documents for dispatch.
7. To generate service call id/RMA for return of equipment s and to enlist the items received in Medinnova.
8. To maintain assets in case of warranty exchange or repair exchanges.
9. Responsible to update inventory of capital goods, parts and accessories.
10. Authorized to inspect and submit report on cleanliness of the operations area.
