Job Summary
The import/export executive will provide support to the import/export administrator and assist with the preparation of import and export documents, sales marketing and operations in compliance with customs and government regulations. Duties/ responsibilities: Main role is for international business communication in-house sales and marketing Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures. Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly. Maintains a database that tracks merchandise. Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
