Job Summary
  • To create process and technical resolutions for end to end implementation of improvements based on the root cause identified by the team on the existing issues and processes
  • Devise and implement with approval of supervisors action plans to improve the productivity of business by utilizing the analyses and reports prepared by team
  • To create and validate business requirements shared by team for enhancing functionality of process workflows to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • To manage relationships with client and business counterparts to achieve goals within various assigned projects to ensure smooth progress and improvements and enhanced functionality.
  • To lead a team of process specialists to complete their assigned tasks for quality project delivery
