Job Summary

# Key Responsibilities: - Lead end to end in-country partnerships and growth strategy; deliver on company KPIs with a strong focus on growth or operational partnerships, partnership design, partner diligence, relationship management with key stakeholders - Lead efforts to drive user acquisition through growth and partnerships initiatives; accelerate business expansion through identifying value-adding growth opportunities related to our current or new products. - Research and propose scalable acquisition sources (apart from current channels) to our growth playbook. - Own all relevant external partner relationships (existing and new) and be accountable for their performance, strategic direction, commercial terms, and overall delivery against expectations. - Lead product marketing and initiatives to ensure our voice is consistent with Material Depot s brand promise and users understanding; execute lifecycle marketing campaigns. - Work closely with the product team on strategy/roadmap to take different products to market and grow TAM. # Requirements: - Undergraduate degree in Management OR any degree from a Premier Institute with 1-2 years of experience working with SaaS / mobile first consumer-facing brands - Experience leading new business initiatives and partnership building - Hands-on experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, digital campaigns and lifecycle marketing campaigns - Ability to plan and lead marketing programs from concept to completion - Experience working with external agencies and other vendors - Experience marketing for business-to-customer products - Track record of delivering projects and impact in a fast-paced environment - Strong in tools of analysis and synthesis: Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
