Job Summary

Job Role 1. Drive growth and marketing campaigns with a focus on key metrics: users, lead generation, and transactions to scale DrinkPrime's subscription business. 2. Take ownership of marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation, tracking, and analytics. 3. Segment the customer base based on transactional and behavioral data and design effective "reach out" programs through marketing campaigns. 4. Manage the end-to-end consumer lifecycle for the business vertical. 5. Monitor the customer funnel and identify new growth levers to apply to the business. 6. Suggest new features/product innovations based on insights from consumer behavior. 7. Lead P&L management, understanding both revenue and cost line items to drive efficiencies and grow profits. 8. Deliver against volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for the business. Skills and Experience 1. Overall experience of around 6+ years in the Digital marketing, digital & business operations domain in D2C roles. 2. Core experience of managing Growth, Loyalty & Retention Marketing. 3. MBA in marketing is preferable but not mandatory. 4. Ability to own things end to end. 5. Core interest in understanding customer motivation and actions. 6. Strong analytical and marketing tools skills. 7. Able to collaborate effectively across teams such as Product, Content, Design, and business heads
