Job Summary
As an Operations Manager your role is to play a pivotal role in the launch and ongoing operational management of a major outsourced regional multilingual customer service and technical helpdesk for Mobile Phones, having specific responsibility for the day to day management . You will ensure at all times that the clients expectations and requirements are exceeded within the specified quality and service level agreements
Minimum Requirements
KPI must meet or exceed 90% of standards for the last quarter Degree, Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification 12-18 months of supervisory experience Supportive of company wide goals and objectives, deliver dept/team results and key objectives.
QualificationBCA, B.B.A, Diploma
